Booking and Cancellation Policies
Year-round apartment rentals: In order to secure your requested dates and apartment selection(s), Vero requires a 50% non-refundable* deposit due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid in full 7 days before the arrival date. Deposits can be sent via Bank Transfer. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking in case of late cancellation or no-show.
*Please note: in the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit is transferable for a future stay and must be completed within one calendar year of the original booking dates.
All bookings are cancellable up to 30 days before arrival. If a cancellation must occur from 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in, 100% of the reservation total will be charged to the credit card on file.
We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances among others since cancellation, even related to COVID-19, are applied in full.
