Booking and Cancellation Policies

Retreat and Full Estate Rentals: In order to secure your requested dates, Vero requires a 50% non-refundable* deposit due at the time of booking. Remaining balance to be paid 60 days prior to check-in date. Deposits can be paid via Credit Card or Bank Transfer. A 3% service charge applies to all credit cards transactions. A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking in case of late cancellation or no-show.

*Please note: in the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit is transferable for a future stay and must be completed within one calendar year of the original booking dates.

All bookings are cancellable up to 45 days before arrival and payment will be refunded. If a cancellation must occur from 45 days prior to the scheduled check-in, 100% of the reservation total will be charged to the credit card on file.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances among others since cancellation, even related to COVID-19, are applied in full.
